Tel (832)300-5593. www.medispainstitute.com This is laser tattoo removal of a 10+ year old multicolored tattoo (yellow, black, blue/green) on the hand. This video is for removal of the black ink. The yellow ink might fade a bit, and the blue sky will fade a bit as well but the bulk of the removal will be of the black ink. This is a Latina/Hispanic (skin type IV-V) patient, who has a naturally darker skin tone. It is important not to overtreat as this can easilly lead to pigment irregularity/hypopigmentation in skin types of this kind. After the tattoo is treated with the q-switched 1064nm laser for black, it is then treated with a q-switched 532nm for the yellow and blue with very little absorbption (not shown).
